Champagne, France
- The iconic house blend of the legend that is Bollinger!
- In 1911, Georges Bollinger’s British agent gave him the idea for the name Special Cuvee – "special" written the English way, without an accent to match the exquisite tastes of this wine – to right old chap and the Queen agrees.
- Made with a percentage of Pinot Noir the Bollinger blend is formulated every year on the 22 December – the ultimate Xmas present, which is lucky because it’s a great match with a turkey, or perfect paired with shrimps, prawns, crayfish, or something a bit different ..Sushi!

- Go high class at your dinner party and pop a cork with a Crayfish or Salmon dish, or at a more relaxed picnic setting leave it in the stream till it drops to 10°C before pairing it with an antipasto picnic that finishes with a berry tart dessert.
