Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Catena Zapata 'Catena' Malbec 2017 would interest you.
Mendoza, Argentina
Headonistic high altitude wine experience
Your head will be in the clouds once you taste this Malbec from Catena Malbec - voted the Most Admired Wine Brand in the world!!!!
Although Zapata Malbec is their middle tier Malbec it's still absolutely spectacular example of this Argentinean grape, no wonder it was included in Cuisine's top Bordeaux wines of 2020
Case of 6 ($31.90/bottle)
From the World's Most Admired Wine Brand (Drinks International 2020) comes this stunning Catena Malbec. The story of Catena Zapata started back in 1902 with wine visionary Nicholas Catena Zapata and is known the world over as having not only resurrected Malbec as a single variety grape but also credited with putting Argentinean wines on the world stage. So you can be damn sure they know how to make Malbec, Argentina's signature grape. These days 4th generation Laura Catena takes up the family challenge to produce some of the finest Malbecs the world has ever known. This high mountain Catena Malbec pulls grapes from three high altitude Mendoza vineyards - the highest being 1500m above sea level and is amazing value for money. Brilliantly blended this Malbec could do 10-15 years in the cellar but we reackon why wait, pop the cork on it now! Just like our Southern hemisphere cousins red wine is great with a wood fired BBQ or as the Argentinean's would say Asado cuisine
