As you can imagine these grapes are pretty laid back just hanging out over summer watching the waves of the Te Awanga coast roll by. Winemaker’s Tim Turvey and Matt Kirby take this relaxed personality of the grapes and transforms it into a versatile Syrah that is “inviting in its youth” with anise, liquorice and spicy dark fruits flavours.
