Much like its red counterpart Le Phant Blanc demonstrates the Elephant Hill’s skilful art of varietal blending. Leading the charge into your mouth is 65% Viognier, followed by 27% Pinot Gris with a splash Gewurztraminer at 8%, all grown on the picturesque coastal Te Awanga vineyard. It seems the word ‘spectacular’ accurately describes this wine from grape to glass. To see what we mean pop over to the bay and have lunch at the Elephant Hill’s award winning restaurant. Just like LP Blanc it’s a little exotic, definitely delicious, and whole lot of spectacular.
