The Red and White grape varieties of Burgundy are some of the most well recognised varieties in the world and here in NZ we make a few home grown versions that equal the best in the world. World class examples of Chardonnay, ‘the White Burgundy’ can be found in every corner of NZ, whereas the ‘Red Burgundy’ Pinot Noir has found itself liking the atmosphere of South Island, and the Wairarapa.
