The 2021 Nautilus Pinot Gris comes courtesy of an great growing season. Through the preservation of the fruit flavours, along with the magic of Clive’s winemaking touch, Nautilus’s 2019 Gris will deliver a stunnng tasting experience, especially when you pair it up with the well matched flavours of shellfish or pork. Once poured, hovering above the glass the upstairs senses will find apple and pears with added characters of jasmine, nutmeg and ginger spice. To taste, this Pinot Gris is made in a dry style, with a touch of sweetness at 2.5g/L residual sugar contributing to a mouth filling experience.
