Carrick Bannockburn Riesling 2018

Central Otago, New Zealand
  • Ever wonder what Central Otago would be like in a bottle…look no further, experience Carrick’s pristine, mountainous Riesling
  • Fully certified….Organic!
  • Flavours of mouthwatering glassful of lime, grapefruit, and yummy marmalade which would make Paddington Bear green with envy
  • Case of 6 ($23.90/bottle)
The Carrick Riesling 2018 expresses the pure habitat of the glacial river valley that the organically grown Riesling vines call home. With the stunning backdrop of the Carrick Mountain range and picture postcard Lake Dunstan, the vines are pretty happy even if they have grown deep to survive. In having those deep roots gives us a Riesling experience with huge character and complexed structure with pure flavours lime, grapefruit citrus, and textural marmalade. A medium styled Riesling has a surprisingly high sweet tooth at 24g/L of sugar, well balanced by natural Central Otago acidity.

Bollinger Special Cuvee NV

Bollinger Special Cuvee NV

Champagne, France
  • The iconic house blend of the legend that is Bollinger!
  • In 1911, Georges Bollinger’s British agent gave him the idea for the name Special Cuvee – "special" written the English way, without an accent to match the exquisite tastes of this wine – to right old chap and the Queen agrees.
  • Made with a percentage of Pinot Noir the Bollinger blend is formulated every year on the 22 December – the ultimate Xmas present, which is lucky because it’s a great match with a turkey, or perfect paired with shrimps, prawns, crayfish, or something a bit different ..Sushi!

Gibbston Valley School House Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017

Gibbston Valley School House Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2017

Central Otago, New Zealand
High altitude Bendigo site growing Pinot Noir with small bunches, high intensity and coating minerality. Typically deeply-coloured and alluring , the wine shows dark fruit, anise, and mocha aromatics. The palate is sweetly layered with delicate generosity on the front giving way to an intensely structured mid. Firm, yet suavely sculpted back tannins lead the long, sustained finish. The School House Pinot Noir will benefit from five years bottle age, and will comfortably last ten.
