Or how about an Experience in....

Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
- The little bro of the iconic Coleraine
- But compared with it's big brother, Awatea is a positive bargin at half the price and is an experience to remember.
- The 2017 vintage gave the Awatea intense powerful characters with a persistance tannin structure to give it life after the recommended cellaring time of 8-10 years. This intense claret experience welcomes you in with concentrated plums, blackcurrants, and blackberries. After which the warm reception extends into fine tannins with characters of chocolate, baked cedar, a savoury liquorice

Altacena Tempranillo comes to NZ from the high altitude (700m) plains of La Mancha, Spain. Altacena which translates to 'High Plate' gains its name from these 'deserts in the sky' where you will see the an unusual sight of vineyards being hundreds of single gnarly bushes rather than trained trellises of vines. Thanks to Altacena's winemaker Javier Murua this lively red delivers intense juicy berry flavours with savoury tannins, crushed from Spain's most famous grape - Tempranillo, a foodie's delight brilliant with antipasto's and charred meat.
