An array of indigenous and inoculated yeasts adds layers of complexity to the Syrah before 18 months of barrel time. End result is an extremely approachable Syrah combining classic Rhone styled flavours with new world Hawke’s Bay fruit. All this, and it’s extremely friendly to food and your cellar!
