Once you do get your tastebuds around touches of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc pop in to say hello. But its the supple plum and blackcurrant fruit that take center stage back up by vanilla and spice. The hatchling deer image gives you clues that it is not bad next to venison medallions but its flavours are perfectly match to a lamb rack sprinkled with rosemary and garlic.
