Case of 6 ($22.90/bottle)
Sieur D' Arques exquisite Rose draws the battle lines with Champagne. Produced in France's oldest sparkling appellation Cremant de Limoux, the Aimery Grande Cuvee 1531 is certainly grand enough to take it to its northern counter parts but without the pricetag! Understandably too as it was the Limoux monks who first twinkled wine up with a wee bit of sparkle way back in ...yep 1531 (long before Champagne) A lot like the Aimery Brut the Rose version is light and gorgeous, but delivers just enough power to impress while swirling through your senses thanks to the 12 months on lees in the bottle. The perfect drop for those Saturday afternoons relaxing in the sun, or those work liquid lunches on Friday.
This passion project from Beatrix Ham (3rd generation Alpha Domus owners) will impress with plenty of glitz and glam from the strawberries, raspberries and bubbly effervescence

Quartz Reef Rose bubbles your tastebuds with a crisp whallop of vitilising wild red berries surrounded by hints of savoury pastry and slightly spicy yeast characters. The finish is refreshingly dry after the initial intense fruit burst.
