Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Domain Road Pinot Noir 2014 would interest you.
Central Otago, New Zealand
It’s the address of luxurious Pinot Noir
Domain Road and the magnificent talents of Peter Bartle deliver yet another golden drop to coat your tastebuds in Pinot luxury.
Let this double gold medal winning Pinot engulf your senses with a good book in front of a log cabin fire, or with great company around a table of gamey cuisine.
Domain Road’s Pinot Noir continues to carry the golden touch through to the 2012 edition. It seems that all the golden luck is courtesy of the soils at Domain Road’s Bannockburn vineyard, which was untouched by goldmininers and still in its natural form. The Crosbie family together with winemaker Peter Bartle have developed this stunning drop from an old apricot site, which on the grapevine they say “if you can grow good apricots in those soils you can create outstanding Pinot”. How right they are! The 2014 Pinot Noir is rich and dark delivering an experience in Pinot luxury. Dark fruits of black cherries and plums are the first to flirt with your senses followed by the velvety tannins and flavours of chocolate, leather and allspice. Let this Pinot engulf your senses with a good book in front of a log cabin fire, or with good company around a table of gamey cuisine
