Whichever Sauvignon label it is ( Two Rives, Soho, Black Cottage etc...) you know it going to be good when Dave has hand in it. Two Rivers Altitude is the pièce de résistance of Dave's Sauvignon Blanc craftmanship. So good is Dave's Sauvy skills the regular 'Convergence' Sauvignon Blanc (yes regular) takes all the fame and glory, and is often mistaken as Two Rivers top tier wine - but no..... If you truely want to take your Sauvy experience to new heights, fly up to Altitude. Amoungst the best of the best Two Rivers Altitude Sauvignon Blanc is elevated experience fermented in a concrete egg tank and seasoned oak barrels the list of flavours will blow you away.
