The star grape variety of Burgundy gives also its best in Corsica! B&G's Reserve Pinot is grown in a variety of island soils with sand, clay, chalk, schist, gravel and pebbles producing a uniquely Mediterranean taste. With an intense nose of red cherry combined with seductive mocha, vanilla and spicy notes. The soft palate with velvety tannins, are dominated by notes of kirsch and spices. Perfect for a pizza, paella, risotto and other Mediterranean dishes.
