This highly inticing Rosé draws you in for a seductive experience of vivid red berries, with a slight spicy touch. The magical velvety bubbles kiss your palate on the way down.
Go high class at your dinner party and pop a cork with a Crayfish or Salmon dish, or at a more relaxed picnic setting leave it in the stream till it drops to 10°C before pairing it with an antipasto picnic that finishes with a berry tart dessert.

To taste this alluring champagne gives no indication its highly technical makeup. First created in 2008 the alchemy starts with a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier similar to that of the Special Cuvée NV but then receives a vital drop of Bollinger's own highly acclaimed red wine. Finished with a small dose of sweetness, Bollinger Rosé intimate and unusual flavours are best served between 10-12°C and compliment Crayfish, salmon, Japanese or not-so-spicy Asian cuisine along with a fruit based dessert.
