This assertive yet elegant Sauvy then fills your mouth with ripe tropical flavours of capsicum, gooseberry and melon, complemented by fresh herbs. Varying components begin to unravel the layers of this wine followed by a textural savouriness, a touch of spice, ending in a crisp dry finish.
