Case of 6 ($30/bottle)
The middle tier Alpha Domus range adheres to the Ham’s winemaking philosophy with the Navigator guiding the way. Alpha Domus has been navigating since 2002 with the current vintage of 2014 offering a value based Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. After the 12 months in oak the Navigator releases ripe berryfruit, plums and violet aromas with touches of leather, mint, and sweet vanilla. The palate enjoys those ripe plum and blackberry flavours with spiced cloves. As the wine navigates its way down your mouth this Hawke’s Bay red shows off its firm tannins within savoury game and leathery characters.
Unlike Bo and Luke Duke this is one Boss Hogg you want to keep running into. Sourced from three of South Australia's best Shiraz growing regions then combined to generate a full bodied juicy Shiraz.
Fermenting in big 300l barrels for flavour - i'll give you one guess what the name of those barrels are?
