Barton & Guestier have been making Bordeaux for a wee while....almost 300 years, so they have a fair idea of how to make a good one - and it shows with Cuvee Rambaud
Named after their first Cellar Master Germain Rambaud who first created this wine (or a version of it) way back in 1755!
Case of 6 ($29.90/bottle)
Barton & Guestier Cuvée Rambaud Bordeaux pays tribute to Germain Rambaud, Thomas Barton’s first cellar master all those years ago (250 to be precise) As a fantastic example of a great value Bordeaux wine this red is joint venture between grapes of 60% Merlot & 40% Cabernet Sauvignon Fruit driven with red and black berries (redcurrant, cherry, and blackcurrant) combined with spicy and minty notes.Good balance with round and velvety tannins and a long fruity and spicy finish. Red meat, pâté, cheese work well with this Bordeaux. When you buy any 6 bottles of Barton & Guestier wines receive a free B&G Beach Bag. Can be mixed. While stocks last
Unlike Bo and Luke Duke this is one Boss Hogg you want to keep running into. Sourced from three of South Australia's best Shiraz growing regions then combined to generate a full bodied juicy Shiraz.
Fermenting in big 300l barrels for flavour - i'll give you one guess what the name of those barrels are?
