Although this Noir could quite easily hang around the cellar for a few years it is designed to be in glass right now. The team at Gibbston developed Gold River from the supple fruit grown in Bendigo (down river) with the spice and depth from the Gibbston Valley (up river) with the blend delivering a stunning regional example of Central Otago Pinot Noir without the stunning pricetag.
