  • Fermenting in big 300l barrels for flavour - i'll give you one guess what the name of those barrels are?

Bold and strong as you would expect from any hog. This Boss Hog gains its intense flavours from old vines grown in three of Aussie's best Shiraz regions. Sourced from Mclaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, and the Barossa, the fruit was matured in old school 300l Hogshead barrels to generate a full bodied and complex flavour. With flavours of dark fruits, ripe plums and exotic spice this hog is best paired BBQ'd red meats, Roast Beef, or Venison Sausages.
