The aptly named Oak Cask eludes us to the 9 months spent in French and American Oak, while the Malbec variety should give us the richness of a Cabernet Sauvignon but the fruit of a Merlot, which this does in spades!

After sweet blackberries, cassis and plum flavours greet you, the dense rich tannins come and say hello in a sultry Argentinan manner with opposing flavours of chocolate and vanilla .
