- This wines philosophy: Go Big or Go Home!
- Clearview's Reserve Chardonnay, that reached cult status right from the onset, has turned 25 and still spectacularly lavish. It delivers a fruitbowl of stonefruit, luxurious creamy butterscotch, subtle intertwined vanilla oak and an undeniable body to die for.
- Although this hedonistic Chardonnay is well paired with roast chicken, or seafood with rich sauces, it's match on the plate has to be Crayfish Mornay!
- Case of 6 ($47.90/bottle)

Drawing from Gibbston Valley's most intriguing vineyards, the Single Vineyard range gives full voice to site. Le Maitre is grown from mature vines, planted by Alan Brady in the early 1980's. It is a low production wine made from this historic dry farmed, organic vineyard.

- The class act of Champagne – unadulterated elegance
- Powered by the liquid gold of Chardonnay and a high usage of Grand Cru fruit
- A discreet mousse from the fine bubbles welcomes you into this sophisticated Brut. An expressive fragrance of peach, white flowers and baked vanilla bread brings the nose a graceful delight. The true class of Taittinger’s NV is in its palate of refinement, with crisp stonefruit, light pastries, and creamy honey carefully retained by an understated strength
Champagne Taittinger brings forward the virtues of Chardonnay with its elegance and finesse to the wonder of Champagne. As with any of the Champagne grand marques the origins of the house can be trace back centuries, 1734 in this case. It was in 1931 when a young French cavalry officer Pierre Taittinger started the modern era of this great estate. Taittinger Brut Reserve pays tribute to style of the estate through elegance and creamy richness imparted by the liquid gold of the Chardonnay grape. The Chardonnay (40%) focus is apparent but the Brut Reserve uses Pinot (30% Noir, 30% Meunier) power in equal parts to deliver the Champagne’s sparkle to your senses. Charming as it may be, be careful Taittinger Brut Reserve will have you unwittingly opening successive bottles in the hope that the experience will never end!
