Guided under the power and spirit of the Andes Condor, this Cabernet reinforces the majestic power of the Condor, while adding great value you love getting with South American reds. This 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon although produced in big volumes was crafted with care and attention of a boutique wine, including hand harvested and berry sorting grapes, off five high altitude vineyards in Mendoza. A year in French and American Oak bestows the wine its name and infuses the wines oak soul. But before the oak you will encounter a dedicated array of blackberry, cassis, and blackcurrant flavours mixed in with odd dried herb. The chewy velvety tannins remind you that it is pure Cabernet Sauvignon in your glass, before relinquishing their grip to the finishing characters of tobacco, and chocolate covered boysenberries.
