• A rare grape variety in this neck of the woods, but Carrick create a stunning chardonnay with Chablis like flavour.
• Carrick’s (winemaker Rosie has done an outstanding job balancing the characters of this wine. The interwoven flavours of mouth-watering citrus with crisp acidity and rich minerality with unctuous sweet almond cream are well linked in perfect harmony just like the ‘Carrick Bend Knot’ that represents the company.
