- Te Mata's legendary claret - Coleraine
- Coleraine has forged itself as one of NZ's top drops for almost 30yrs. A powerful Bordeaux blend lead by Cabernet Sauvignon
- The 2018 Coleraine is one for the record books much like the 2013, 2008 or even the 1998 of last century and is one of the most hotly anticipated reds in NZ. The 2019 as Sam Kim phrases it is 'Designed for life' . With a drinking period between 2030 till 2040, it's all about can you resist popping the cork for a decade. Especially with ratings like 100/100 & 98/100 along with Bob Campbell saying 'its one of the best Coleraine's he has ever tasted. Not a bad accolade considering the stunners that have worn the Coleraine name!

For over 250 years, Jose Cuervo has been making tequila from the largest agave holdings in the world. The journey begins in the fields on the skirts of the Tequila Volcano. After seven years of maturation, the agave plants are harvested and their cores, or “piñas,” are sent to the La Rojeña distillery. There, they are roasted, grinded, and smashed. The resulting extract is placed into fermentation tanks. Finally, it is distilled and aged to perfection in toasted barrels.Jose Cuervo is only the number ! tequila in the world it is widely agreed to be the original instigator of fermenting mexican agave plants. In 1795, Jose María Guadalupe de Cuervo began selling the very first Vino Mezcal de Tequila de Jose Cuervo after receiving the first official charter from the King of Spain to produce tequila commercially. Cuervo has been producing tequila at La Rojeña, the oldest active distillery in Latin America, ever since.
