The fruit for this Cabernet Merlot was sourced from vineyards throughout South Australia. Optimum harvest conditions produced this flavorsome, quality focused, balanced wine. The fruit parcels were harvested individually, fermented, blended, and matured on French and American oak to produce this vibrant, lively wine with violet hues. This soft Cabernet Merlot has characters of blackberry and spiced fruit with generous weight, and good length of flavour.
