Serious about creating an alluring Rose the team at Lawson’s Dry Hills source their Pinot berries from the Chaytors cineyard which is solely dedicated to Rose production. Harvesting early to retain the bright berry flavours and natural acidity skin contact takes approx 1-2 days to create the blushing Rose experience. Not only is the vineyard 100% dedicated to PINK so is the imported French yeast which is designed just for Rose's. With all this wine dedication LDH coudn't just put a regular label on it. So along comes the spiritual mandala patttern. A pattern revered by many religons to transform the the mind from the ordinary to the enlightened, in a shape symbolizing balance and perfection. In this case the religon is wine, and PINK will enlighten you with it's balance and perfection. The 2020 PINK by Lawson's Dry Hills has a character of understated elegance shining through with soft raspberries, creamy strawberries and little touches of citrus & fresh herbs fully worthy of it's Gold at the NZ International Wine Awards.
