Alpha Domus creates a refreshing chardonnay bolt to enlighten your senses with classic characters from the grape and barrel. Named after a 1970's aerobatic biplane this chardonnay follows in that traditional by performing a few mouth aerobatics of its own. To create Skybolt's array of flavours winemaker Barry Riwai blends together 3 Chardonnay clones and multiple oak ferments. After 11 months and careful blending Skybolt takes flight. A great accompaniment to seafood, white meats and risotto.
