- Te Kahu is all about concentration. Concentrated colour great you as you gaze into the glass, only to be upstaged by bold fruit flavours in the aromas and the taste. - Strawberries and Cream anyone!
- Carrick’s Rose shows off the pure juice of the great Central Otago Pinot Noir berry….kissed by the skins
- Just the ticket for a long lunch or a lazy picnic near the water. Just pop the Rose in the water when you get there then 20min later after setup and it’s good to go –perfectly chilled!
- Case of 6 ($29.90/bottle)
The Carrick Rose is a refreshing drop that shows the famous Central Otago Pinot Noir grape in its purist form – the juice, kissed by the grape skin. Carrick creates its Rose under a 100% organically practices so you can be assured its flavours are direct descendants from the grape and the amazing landscape of Central Otago. The 2020 vintage was crafted using the saignée and cold pressing winemaking techniques then individually fermented with wild yeast in old oak barrels. Yet another great testimony to talented wine blending of Carrick gives this wine many dimensions beyond the initial rush of strawberries and red cherries. Although the strawberries and cream memories stick around for a long time this wine does have enough complexity and texture to take the experience a little further. The perfect drop to have on those extra-long business lunches that carry on to 4:59 or at picnic at the beach – 20min in water should do the trick!
