Hawke's Bay, New Zealand
- This wines philosophy: Go Big or Go Home!
- Clearview's Reserve Chardonnay, that reached cult status right from the onset, has turned 25 and still spectacularly lavish. It delivers a fruitbowl of stonefruit, luxurious creamy butterscotch, subtle intertwined vanilla oak and an undeniable body to die for.
- Although this hedonistic Chardonnay is well paired with roast chicken, or seafood with rich sauces, it's match on the plate has to be Crayfish Mornay!
- Case of 6 ($47.90/bottle)

- Beachhead - Plenty of good quality drama!
- As you pull into Clearview winery's driveway you get a glimpse of dramatic Te Awanga beach as illustrated on the bottle. Beachhead continues that dramatic scene in your mouth.
- As we know great drama wins awards and Beachy's character is worthy of multiple golds...
- Case of 6 (25.90/bottle)

- No it’s not a MOA, it is a Central Otago Chardy!
- A rare grape variety in this neck of the woods, but Carrick create a stunning chardonnay with Chablis like flavour.
- Carrick’s (winemaker Rosie has done an outstanding job balancing the characters of this wine. The interwoven flavours of mouth-watering citrus with crisp acidity and rich minerality with unctuous sweet almond cream are well linked in perfect harmony just like the ‘Carrick Bend Knot’ that represents the company.
- Case of 6 ($32.90/bottle)
Central Chardonnays are a bit of rarity, giving most of limelight and vineyard space to their colourful burgundy cousins. Fortunately for us Chardonnay has been an original variety since 1993. So with 17 years of making Chardy Carrick know a thing or two about making a decent Chardonnay, in a climate similar to the French region of Chablis. The French think Chardonnay is perfect for the cold climate of Chablis – Carrick tend to agree. In 2017 the organically grown vines were ready with their fruit to harvested in late April. Organic winemaking procedures followed these grapes into the winery where they were whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented in French oak for 11 months. Once out of the oak Francis Hutt (winemaker) has crafted a Central Chardy that brings together all the elements of the region together with the delicious flavours of the grape. Aromas of mouth-watering citrus balanced with sweet creamy almonds start the experience. In the palate the flavours turn textural mixed in with lush stone fruit, rich rock minerals, and grapefruit crispness.
