Josephine is Carrick’s sweet little number, referenced after ‘feminine’ version of the Carrick’s Bend Knot emblem. Initially produced in small batches as ‘research’ wine in became so well liked during ‘research’ tasting it could the nod to go commercial in 2006. Josephine is made from a small specific block of Riesling overlooking the crisp clean waters of Lake Dunstan. It is this natural beauty that reminds Steve Green and his team why they value their certified BioGro organic vineyard practices.
