The famous marriage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that delivers delicious characters of fresh strawberry and citrus peel layered with a biscuity brioche. The ever present lively acid is balanced with creamy texture and of course the steady bead of superfine bubbles sensationalise the experience.
