Help along by the extraordinary award winning team of Sarah Kate and Dan Dineen. They have created yet again created a stunning Pinot from the base of Mt Maude Using time as an important crafting element of this wine production it sat extracting colour and tannin for a month, before the long rest of 18 months in barrel. The resultant Pinot delivers luxury to your tastebuds with complex flavours of black fruits chocolate and dried herbs. A Pinot to enjoy, while tucking into a vension pie in front of a roaring fire in a snow covered lodge…..failing the lodge, your place with good food and great company.
