- Maude Pinot Noir 2019 brings to table a dark fruited pinot layered with flavours of high % cocoa chocolate and dried herbs. The fruit, chocolate bitterness and velvety tannins delivers a luxurious wine experience. It’s the wine equivalent of black forest chocolate and lends its flavours remarkably well to a venison pie or roast lamb.

They have created yet again created a stunning Pinot from the base of Mt Maude Using time as an important crafting element of this wine production it sat extracting colour and tannin for a month, before the long rest of 18 months in barrel.
