Made in the traditional Champagne method its flavours refresh the senses with classic dry fruit flavours surrounded by complex yeasty bread characters. With each disgorge and release of a new batch this sparkling champions the idea of ‘keeping flavours consistent’. But it’s not only the flavours that are consistent, but this classic kiwi sparkler is consistently a Champion itself, with its wall full of awards. The latest being 41/2 stars from WineNZ, and a Silver from the 2013 New World wine awards.
