A little more ellusive than its non vintage brother, the Vintage specific Nautilus sparkler is found in Rose form. Nautilus Estate takes its name form the mathematically perfect spiral of the sea creature - this natural balance can be found in all of their wines including the glorious 2017 Vintage Rose. Made from 100% Pinot Noir allows this Sparkling Rose to carry quite bit of depth in your mouth with creamy brioche characters to finish after a walk in the strawberry garden. Popping the cork on this Rose needs know excuse, but it does a fantastic job next to poached salmon, or if you are an early riser keen for the champagne breakfast try Laura Vincent's lemonade pancakes with strawberry sauce.
