Peregrine's Pinot Gris will soar through your mouth lifting your senses in dramatic fashion. Grown in Peregrine's Bendigo and Pisa vineyards under the watchful eye of the New Zealand Falcon and winemaker Nadine Cross. To get the best out of these small but highly concentrated berries the 100% fruit is hand harvested and pressed in whole bunches. A wee bit is fermented in barrel, but all of it comes out 100 % certified organic. The fresh flavours of apricot, pear and ginger are a perfect match for seared scallops and chilli jam.
