As part of the Rapaura Springs family this Chardonnay takes its design from wineries aquafer springing up in their the home vineyard. Where as it's body and impressive flavour concentration is what we have come to expect from the bling laden Rapaura Springs Reserve range. With both tanks and barrels used to craft the wine this Chardy is packed full of characters. Stonefruits and melon are quickly followed toasted sweet spice and honeysuckle cream. Pork and chicken dishes immediately come to mind, but you might want to try pan seared scallops as well.
