Showing strong personality, the youthful 2021 vintage was estate-grown at Waipara, hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and lees-aged. Light lemon/green, it is attractively scented and vivacious, with citrusy, appley flavours, a splash of sweetness (8 grams/litre of residual sugar), and excellent poise, delicacy and depth.
