Jim Barry Single Vineyard Kirribilli Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

This wine is a deep red with a crimson hue. This is an elegant wine with lifted floral aromas complimented by savoury earth, mint and tobacco notes. Vibrant cassis and red berry fruit are in abundance. On the palate the wine has a very fine structure. It is well balanced with blackberry, cherry and cassis fruit flavours. Fine, grainy tannins are well integrated, providing the framework for the wine to develop for many years.
