The outstanding fruit was sourced from vineyards in the Gimblett Gravels winegrowing district of Hawke’s Bay. The vigour moderating, free draining gravel provides a superb base for this low cropping Malbec.Well matched with peppered fillet steak served with parsley potatoes.
