Summerhouse Pinot Rose 2021

Overlooking the ocean, we grow our grapes near the coast in Blind River and the lower Wairau Valley. Our grapes enjoy the region’s long sunshine hours, while the ocean breeze keeps things cooler and drier. This wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. The Pinot Noir was kept on skins for 12 hours, before being gentled pressed. Both the Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris were cool fermented in stainless steel tank to retain the vibrant fruit aromas and flavours, before being tasted and carefully blended.

Popping with a gorgeous pink hue and aromas of luscious watermelon and raspberry, each glass is brimming with flavours of fresh red berries and delicious stone fruits. Spanish inspired, go for a Tapas selection or a Paella.
