You've probably heard that half of Cromwell got engaged and was conceived under the Pine tree smack bang in the middle of the vineyard. Well in this particular wine you can get a sense of what passion tastes like. Luscious and textural with a good dolloping of sweetness - almost 10g/L of residual sugar. This along with the 35% barrel time it gets, gives you a Pinot Gris that will kiss all corners of your mouth. As for getting you onto the second date that's where the honeysuckle, white peach, spiced pear, and a hint of salted caramel come into affect.
