Following on from the inaugural release of the Collection Syrah, 2019 was a great vintage to do with. Under Alpha Domus's Value range Pilot offers incredible value for money. This wine is pure Syrah, showing off just the flavour of the Syrah berry without any oak influences. Michael Cooper rated it 4 stars for it's "..sheer drinkability, the debut 2016 vintage is hard to beat....it shows greater complexity than you would expect". This delicious Syrah has a full palate of red berries, plums, soft tannins with a hint of spicy savouriness.
