Much like wineries house band this Pinot Noir goes it's own way (rule No.2) in development, carefully guided by winemaker Brownie (Andrew Brown)
Spot on, with encrusted lamb cutlets or a red wine braised duck leg.
Case of 6 ($33.90/bottle)
Framingham has always been one to go their own way (Rule No.2 in the wineries rule book). With the estate Pinot Noir their combo recipe of adding whole bunches and a smoky oak barrels bring forth silky tannins and layers of savoury and spice to mix. All this complimentary to the classic flavours of cranberries and cherries, this velvety Noir is stunning with encrusted lamb cutlets or braised duck.
Framingham’s Sauvignon Blanc steps out from the crowd by crafting individuality into this memorable wine via a collage of many small parcels
The 2019 has plenty of attitude and zest to captivate your tastebuds with a full spectrum of punchy flavours, delectable textures and distinct characters. As always there is the classic Framingham Wines signature character of a stony mineral edge together.
