Its medal cabinet can attest to that, including it's latest bling from the 2020 Royal Easter Show where it was awarded trophy for the best Pinot Gris in the land! - so tick to that mission. The other focus for this juicy Gris is to provide support to the conservation trusts who help protect NZ's rarest birds, including NZ's other Saddleback of the feathery kind. Nadine Cross crafts the Saddleback Pinot Gris to a off dry tangy finish with apricots and ginger to draw you in before the flavours of poached pear, nougat and strudel spices takeover.
