Well in this particular wine you can get a sense of what passion tastes like. Luscious and textural with a good dolloping of sweetness - almost 10g/L of residual sugar. This along with the 35% barrel time it gets, gives you a Pinot Gris that will kiss all corners of your mouth. As for getting you onto the second date that's where the honeysuckle, white peach, spiced pear, and a hint of salted caramel come into affect.
